About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Premises Manager to join our estates team at South Dartmoor Community College. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director of Estates to ensure the college's facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of our community.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with the estates team to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
