Job Summary:

Spencer Ogden is seeking a highly experienced Solar Projects Director to lead and manage solar projects throughout the full project life cycle. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and risk minimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Development team and Asset Management team to drive project success.
  • Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and agreements with EPC subcontractors and vendors, overseeing their work in all phases.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, identify critical paths, and key milestones for project success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant engineering, technical, or scientific discipline.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years of utility-scale EPC solar project management experience, including ground mount projects over 10MW.
  • Knowledge of multiple renewable energy technologies and the project development process.
