SHE Advisor

INEOS is seeking a highly skilled SHE Advisor to join our Export Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert safety, health, and environmental guidance to our export locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide SHE expertise to export locations, ensuring compliance with legislative and INEOS FPS SHE requirements.
- Develop and implement SHE strategies to promote excellence and continuous improvement across operations, maintenance, engineering, and project activities.
- Manage environmental licence to operate documentation, including PPC permits, CAR Licences, and OPPC permits.
- Collaborate with Asset CoMAH report reviews to provide structured SHE input and support operations and engineering personnel.
- Facilitate high-quality SHE meetings to improve business performance and engagement.
- Lead Safety Representatives and contractor personnel in delivering SHE initiatives and promoting a workforce-led safety culture.
- Provide assurance and support to Asset Management team to implement INEOS FPS SHE Management System requirements.
- Develop and deliver SHE training and expertise to key business processes, including incident management and risk management.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Science, SHE, or equivalent.
- Chartered member of IOSH/IEMA or equivalent.
- Strong SHE, operational, and/or project experience gained in high-hazard environments.
- Ability to effectively manage external relationships with regulators and other key stakeholders.
- Strong communication, engagement, and coaching skills.
