Job Summary:

Nicholas Associates is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance of our plant is maintained at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's schedules to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Complete relevant documentation in accordance with Company policies to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Lead maintenance projects to improve plant efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Address root cause of failures to prevent recurrence and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Attend to breakdowns promptly and ensure all work orders and planned maintenance tasks are completed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in plant maintenance and operations.
  • Apprentice-trained or qualified to minimum HNC level.
  • 17th or 18th edition wiring regulations certification.
  • PLC fault-finding experience preferred but not essential.
