About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, and will be responsible for:

  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests
  • Managing the front desk and reception area
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Working collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery
