About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Installation Engineer to join our team, working on the installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems. As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing Fire Alarm Systems to industry standards, providing exceptional customer service, and working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries and damage to property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to exceed expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Service devices safely and responsibly, avoiding injuries, damage to property, and loss of unused materials.
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize jobs correctly.
  • Complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates, and BSIA certificates as required.

Requirements

  • Experience within the Fire & Security industry.
  • Driving license.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.
