About the Business

JMC Legal Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading financial and tax planning business in the UK, who are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor (In-House) to manage their own caseload, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, CoP, and Trusts. The position also offers the opportunity for progression to become the Head of Legal.

About the Team

The business is backed by a well-established FTSE 100 Wealth Management company and consists of a mixture of solicitors, accountants, and financial advisers, all working in harmony to ensure that each of their clients receive the best outcome possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of files, including all aspects of Wills and Probate work, including drafting Wills, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Trusts.
  • Work closely with the Accounts and Financial Planning team, as well as a team of external lawyers who have served the business for many years.

Requirements

  • You will be a solicitor of 4+ PQE with a background in Private Client work.
  • You will have a strong sense of Commercial acumen.
  • You will have the ability to work proactively within a team and have the ability to also work autonomously when required.
