About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and coordinate data migration projects, ensuring seamless delivery and minimal disruption to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage and coordinate multiple workstream deliverables, identifying and mitigating potential risks and impacts on the overall business case and objectives.
  • Plan and deliver strategic projects, including technology, data, and process improvements, ensuring the successful transfer of data and minimal disruption to our clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a point of escalation for team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Chair meetings with client contacts and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery roles within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple workstream deliverables and significant system/service development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Domain knowledge in pensions, ISAs, bonds, funds, and alternative assets is highly desirable.
