We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Creative Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our creative team, you will play a vital role in developing the visual identity and brand presence of our clients across various mediums.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client briefs and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement creative design concepts for brand presentations, digital brochures, pitch presentations, and print materials.
  • Design and develop visual communications that effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Navigate and maintain brand guidelines for various clients, ensuring consistency and quality control.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Work independently on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and best practices to the team.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced agency or production environment.
  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing layout, typography, presentation design, and branding expertise.
  • Experience in brochure design and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, hierarchy, layout, color theory, and visual signposting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
  • Ability to develop infographics, data visualizations, animation, and interactive navigation within presentations.
  • Strong communication, organization, administrative, and time management skills, as well as an excellent attention to detail.
