Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Performance Testers to join our team on a permanent basis, contributing to the execution of our performance testing initiatives on the Azure platform. Your responsibilities will encompass API testing, front-end testing, and UI-based performance evaluations for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in various performance testing projects on the Azure platform, focusing on API, front-end, and UI performance testing.
  • Collecting performance testing requirements through client meetings and reviewing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
  • Creating performance test scripts utilizing Gatling.
  • Executing performance tests and reporting findings to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Identifying performance test failures in relation to NFRs.
  • Conducting performance testing on Azure infrastructure.
  • Performing analysis of performance tests using tools like Apps Insight and Dynatrace.
  • Reviewing NFRs to ensure clarity and testability.
  • Communicating any issues or risks to relevant stakeholders promptly.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a performance tester or engineer in previous roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in developing, executing, and maintaining performance test scripts using Gatling, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with client teams or third parties.
  • A passion for problem-solving and embracing new challenges.
  • Familiarity with other areas of Non-Functional Testing such as Accessibility, Compatibility, Usability, and Disaster Recovery is advantageous.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and committed individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and clients.
