About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing teams in various care homes across your region.

Working closely with the General Manager or hiring manager, you will help implement action plans to ensure our residents' needs are met. This will involve collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.

As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical), you will be a key ambassador for our organization, promoting our values and standards of care. You will be responsible for ensuring that our care homes provide high-quality care and services to our residents.
