We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Precast Factory Operations Manager to join our team at Danny Sullivan Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the planning, monitoring, and execution of preventative maintenance (PPM) and running repairs for specialist mechanical and electrical equipment used in precast yards and viaduct plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply for RAMS for the installation and operation of specialist mechanical / electrical precast yards and Viaduct plant.
  • Record and plan PPM on plant, planning and supervision of PPM.
  • Plan and monitor PPM, improvements and running repairs to plant.
  • Ensure that enough resources are allocated to your scope of work and that each has an appropriate level of ability.
  • Identify and arrange training as required.
  • Monitor and ensure that the works are carried out in compliance with the expectations of the working sites.
  • Share with operation and maintenance the planning a weekly frequency meeting.
  • Take into consideration operation requests maintenance constraints in the schedule.
  • Maintain enough stock of small tools, lose lifting tackles and consumables on site.
  • Develop and drive continuous improvement of resource through performance management and continuous training;
  • Establish and maintain key supplier relationships for spare parts, on-site technical services, consumables and other related services throughout the works period;
  • Monitor and manage the budget of your activity.
  • Set targets and KPIs in line with budget forecast.
  • Involved in the procurement of subcontractors and advises on commercial aspects and preferred attendances.
  • Identify any claiming situation and reports it with the necessary supporting information.
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety and encourages others to work safely through training, briefings and by your self-exemplarity.
  • Be familiar with the requirements defined in the Safety and Health at Work.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in precast factory plant.
  • Mechanical plant qualification.
