Job Title: Mobile Service and Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Service and Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Adept Services Ltd. As a key member of our Regional Business Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and maintenance support to our clients across the North West of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns within agreed service times, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Perform service visits as per schedules, including machine and boiler annual services, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct regular testing, such as PAT and ventilation checks, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist with installations, refits, modifications, and strip-outs, providing expert technical guidance and support.
  • Provide telephone support to branches relating to minor equipment problems, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

Technical Requirements:

We are flexible on the technical background of the engineer, considering electrical qualified persons, refrigeration engineers, or all-round factory machine maintenance engineers. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you meet the required standards and levels.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of circa £35,000 (including London Waiting) + overtime (OTE approx. £40K).

  • 30 days holiday rising to 33 days (inclusive of bank holidays).
