We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our valued client, a local authority in the Wirral, as an EHCP Coordinator. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to meaningful change in your community.

• Oversee the development and implementation of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for children and young people.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to assess and review individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates for each case.
• Ensure all EHCPs are in compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for parents, carers, and educational professionals, providing support and guidance throughout the EHCP process.

• Proven experience in coordinating EHCPs within a local authority or similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
