As a Sourcing Manager, you will spearhead sourcing category initiatives and manage supplier relationships. Your role will involve building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to align business objectives with sourcing strategies, while also anticipating future market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate as part of the Customer Sourcing category team, focusing on Insurance, Pensions & Investments, and Motor sectors, while contributing to the strategic vision of the category. Assist colleagues in Insurance, Pensions & Investments by devising effective sourcing strategies that align with their commercial objectives. Cultivate and maintain vital relationships with key stakeholders, promoting innovative thinking to enhance commercial value. Stay informed about developments in the fund management services category, managing essential supplier relationships to access new product innovations that support our transformation goals.Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in sourcing, with experience in contract negotiation and procurement category management, preferably in consumer products. Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing projects in fast-paced environments. Strong skills in articulating and translating strategic business objectives into actionable sourcing strategies.
