We are seeking an experienced Fabric Technician to join our team at TECREC (ENGINEERING RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS) LTD. As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of retail sites in Southwest London.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of retail sites
- Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible
- Work across one client's portfolio of commercial sites
- Good all-round building services knowledge
- Previous experience of managing a team within Facilities Management
- NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry or Joinery or other trades
- Excellent building services knowledge
- £35,000 per annum with annual pay reviews
- 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays
- Van and fuel card
- Door to door travel (after 30 minutes each way)
- 1 in 8 call out rota
- Opportunity to earn overtime
