We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to effectively implement and advocate for our Exercise Referral Scheme. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting, developing, and managing exercise programs that are health referral-based, aimed at improving the health outcomes of our community.
To ensure the success of the program, you will collaborate with local partners, oversee the delivery of the initiatives, and cultivate relationships that foster positive community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and promote the Exercise Referral Scheme effectively.
- Manage health referral-based exercise programs.
- Collaborate with local partners to enhance program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 3 Exercise Referral Qualification.
- Experience working with individuals with various health conditions.
- Ability to design and implement exercise programs for individuals and groups.
- Understanding of local health disparities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse partners.
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Empathetic nature with a desire to assist others in improving their lives.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Level 4 Qualification in Cancer Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, or related fields.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- First Aid certification.
- At least one year of experience as a Level 3 Exercise Referral Instructor.
