We are seeking to hire an Automotive Service Technician to enhance our dynamic service team in Bury St Edmunds.
We require a proactive individual who can utilize their initiative to collaborate effectively with our current team in a bustling service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing and addressing mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles
  • Performing vehicle repairs and maintenance while ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and guidelines
  • Providing precise and comprehensive reports on vehicle status, work completed, and suggestions for additional repairs or maintenance.
  • Working collaboratively with fellow team members to deliver outstanding service and fulfill customer expectations

The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance
  • Possess a full and valid driving licence
  • Exhibit a flexible approach and a positive demeanor
  • Be dedicated to achieving total customer satisfaction
  • Assist in meeting sales targets as outlined by the Service Manager
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards
  • Adhere to Health & Safety Procedures
  • Follow Company administrative protocols, such as using clock card machines and completing job cards
