Job Title: Inventory Control Operative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Operative to join our team. As an Inventory Control Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory levels, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical stock checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory levels
  • Investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies or anomalies
  • Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Communicate with the Inventory Control Team Leader and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Assist in the maintenance of inventory records and reports
  • Collaborate with warehouse management and staff to ensure efficient inventory management
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment
  • Ability to interact and communicate professionally with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Good IT skills, including use of Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
