Nursery Early Years Childcare Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our Early Years team at Wishing Tree Day Nursery in Brighton, part of Grandir UK.
About the RoleAs a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery on a daily basis. You will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, inducting, supporting, training, and appraising staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
- Facilitating inspections by regulatory bodies and implementing any recommendations.
- Ensuring the nursery remains compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
- Managing administrative duties, including maintaining children's records, ordering equipment, and keeping personnel records.
