Insight Director

We are seeking an experienced Insight Director to join our team at Harnham. As an Insight Director, you will be responsible for generating insights on performance across the UK and working closely with senior stakeholders to help bolster performance and lead innovation in the TV sector.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, to develop and implement strategic initiatives
• Lead a team of junior analysts and provide guidance on data analysis and insights
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and vendors
• Present key insights and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders across the wider teams

• Background in the TV/media industry
• Experience presenting insights to various stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• A commercial mindset, and experience working with sales teams

• A salary up to 100,000
