We are seeking an experienced SEN science teacher to join our team at a fantastic school in Cheltenham. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality support to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.

The school is part of an alternative provision, supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, as well as challenging behavior. Our inclusive environment recognizes all members of the community as equals, and we aim to equip students with resilience, respect, and emotional management skills.

As a science teacher, you will plan engaging lessons around students' needs, considering EHCPs. You will be supported by SEN TAs, who can help manage behavior and prepare activities. Our collaborative approach ensures that students receive the right support at the right time.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, working Monday to Wednesday, with the possibility of increasing to four days. You will be contracted to work between 8:30am and 3:30pm, term time only, commencing in September 2024.

Salary is dependent on experience and pro-rata for part-time. We are proud members of the REC and have the highest standard of compliance. Our dedicated consultants will support you through the clearance process and ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
