About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Adoptions Manager to join our team at Vistry Bristol. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the adoption of roads, sewers, pumping stations, and public open spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the transfer of estates to management companies within the Western Region.
  • Ensure tight control of all bonds and costs associated with these transfers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate a smooth adoption process.
  • Monitor and report on adoption progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in infrastructure management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
