About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Administrator to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the submission of reports to external and internal bodies, including monthly Quality Account Narratives and audit timetables.
  • Provide administrative support across a range of areas, including development and review of tasks and actions required by the hospital and external bodies.
  • Oversee the Site Improvement plan, including adding and tracking actions, and proactively liaise with staff to ensure that tasks and actions are completed.
  • Work collaboratively with Regional Quality Improvement Leads to ensure that audits are carried out as required.
  • Oversee the work of hospital Medical Secretaries and Mental Health Act Administrators.
Requirements
  • Administrative and secretarial skills.
  • The ability to work with complex databases and electronic patient records.
  • 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
  • An understanding of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of Quality Audits relevant to Independent Healthcare.
  • Previous line management experience is desirable.
