Job Title: Bid Manager

Location: Wigan

Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing the production of all company submissions, including tender quality proposals, pre-qualification proposals, expression of interest proposals, and customer information documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  2. Develop and maintain a best practice library of company submissions, competitor information, performance case studies, procurement/market developments/success/conversion rates.
  3. Provide market intelligence and support the procurement process as required.
  4. Coordinate the bid process, including gathering and developing information relating to specific tenders, projects of interest, long-term opportunities, and market procurement developments.
  5. Provide information to the Client's procurement knowledge centre as required.
  6. Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing Manager to ensure efficient feedback and effective bid strategy.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to structure and write bid responses, writing structured answers to questions and coordinate the bid process.
