Job Summary
Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of FOI Administrator. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Freedom of Information Act and the Data Protection Act.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, clients, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent award in an appropriate field.
- Demonstrable competence in skills for role.
- Experience in a care-based workplace.
- Experience in care of the older person.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for providing high standards of patient care.
- Basic computer skills, including entering numbers in a spreadsheet or using email.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients/clients despite barriers to understanding.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage workload.
- Car owner.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
