About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pension Guarantees Specialist to join our team at Sanderson Recruitment Careers. As a Pension Guarantees Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting Pension Review Benefit Guarantee loss assessments for policyholders. This involves gathering and assessing data, performing loss assessment calculations, and evaluating financial impacts on policyholders who opted out or did not join their employer's scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively gather and assess data from policyholders, schemes, or IFAs.
  • Conduct accurate loss assessment calculations and offer solutions.
  • Follow FCA guidance for complex loss assessments.
  • Support project and corporate incident work within agreed timelines.
What You'll Need
  • Experience in pension review benefit guarantee loss assessments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
