We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at HMP Isle of Wight. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in our care, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs and abilities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals in our care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the individual's needs and goals.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
