We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Iceland. As a key ambassador for our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver shopping to customers' doors with a smile
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service and support
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Assist with store operations as needed, including packing stock and working on the checkout
Requirements:
- Current driving licence (held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late evenings
