Position Overview: As a Vice President within the Investment Banking division at J.P. Morgan, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with corporate clients in the Energy, Power, Renewables, and Mining sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong connections with corporate and financial institution clients.

  • Balance responsibilities between client service, business development, and project execution.
  • Lead initiatives across the Energy, Power, Renewables, and Mining sectors.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in mentoring junior bankers and overseeing financial modeling.
  • Proficient in identifying and managing risks associated with transactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client interactions effectively.
  • Previous experience in Investment Banking, particularly within the EPRM sector and UK market, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with a high level of responsibility.
  • In-depth understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks in the investment banking landscape.
  • Advanced technology skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, with a quick adaptability to new software.
