About the Role

Reach International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Restructuring Manager to join its team in Edinburgh, UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cases of various size and complexity, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, lenders, and other parties, to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Conduct business reviews for corporates and lenders, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
  • Support clients in developing business plans, short-term cash flow planning, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Develop alternative options and contingency plans to mitigate risk and ensure business continuity.
  • Manage and develop exit strategies and options, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  • Implement closure programs and AMA processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide internal support and technical input to the multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the growth and development of the Advisory department.
  • Manage and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Ideal qualifications include JIEB, CPI, ACA, ACCA, or CPA, with relevant experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring.
  • Proven experience in a practice firm or boutique, with a strong track record of managing complex cases and developing effective solutions.
  • Currently or recently at Manager level, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
