We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior business leader at Bain and Gray. This is a unique opportunity for a polished and professional individual to join our team and provide seamless support to our client.

The role is broad and varied, encompassing all aspects of executive support, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business leader, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials. They will also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Additionally, they will provide support for special projects and events, as needed.
