About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Carrington West. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote exceptional safety standards and high-quality project delivery for both direct employees and subcontractors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to uphold the company's reputation.
  • Implement the Business Management System (BMS) at every stage of project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the design manager to ensure comprehensive technical, safety, and environmental reviews for successful project outcomes.
  • Manage all commercial aspects of the project, providing timely and accurate forecasts and estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies and Targets.
About You

You have a solid background in project management, ideally with experience in the water sector, particularly working with Scottish Water or similar projects. You are a skilled leader with the ability to drive projects to completion while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Strong project management experience, particularly in the water sector.
  • Experience working with a principal contractor on Scottish Water projects is highly desirable.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a construction-related discipline.
  • APMP certification or equivalent.
  • Relevant CSCS Card.
  • Experience with Primavera or Powerproject software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction health and safety standards.
