Role Responsibilities:
As the new Aesthetic Laser Specialist, you will be instrumental in upholding the clinic's high standards and contributing to its ongoing success.
Key Duties Include:
- Administering laser treatments such as tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation correction, hair removal, and body contouring.
- Maintaining precise client records and managing appointment schedules.
- Providing expert advice on appropriate treatments and products.
- Ensuring treatment areas are consistently clean and professional.
- Exhibiting strong commercial acumen with the ability to promote and recommend additional treatments.
- Achieving weekly and monthly performance targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in laser hair removal.
- Possession of NVQ Level 4 in Beauty Therapy.
- Experience with Cryo Freezing and Cavitation techniques.
- Proven sales experience is essential.
- Ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Experience in delivering a broad range of beauty services.
- Meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
