Senior Family Lawyer Opportunity

Venn Group is seeking an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join their team in Leicestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable mid-sized firm known for their strong family department. As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will be entrusted with a mixed caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorces, finances, and private children matters.

You will be supported by a Senior Partner and have access to administrative/secretarial support. The firm offers a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, a bonus scheme based on team and individual performance, and opportunities for progression to partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a variety of privately funded family matters
  • Working closely with a Senior Partner and administrative/secretarial support
  • Contributing to the firm's success in the family department

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle complex family law cases
