We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home service in Pulborough, West Sussex. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess residents' needs and develop personalized care plans to enhance their quality of life
- Champion independence and personal choice, promoting autonomy and dignity
- Oversee medicine management, ensuring safe and effective administration
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to quality and clinical governance programs, driving continuous improvement
- Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Experience in elderly healthcare, with a focus on dementia, physical disabilities, and sensory impairment
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in IT and communication systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Competitive salary of £22.60 per hour, with annual salary up to £51,708.80
- 35 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and enhancements
