Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Deputy Care Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our care packages across Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational management and support to our care teams
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with our care teams to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to our care staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our care policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a health and social care setting
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in an operational management capacity in a health and social care setting
  • Experience of working in/managing a domiciliary service
  • Knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service
  • Full driving license with use of own vehicle
  • Ability to provide advice and guidance outside of normal office hours as required
  • Leadership qualities
  • IT literate including basic Excel
  • Ability to effectively manage the performance of others
