Role Overview

The Skills Assessment and Graduate Services Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all Skills Assessment and Graduate enquiries. Working closely with key stakeholders, the post holder will be responsible for delivering a first-class experience for potential students and supporting our Alumni in finding airline employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the application process and provide assistance with skills enquiries.
  • Manage all associated Skills Assessment administration, including organizing each assessment, communicating with candidates in advance, and ensuring they are prepared with all relevant information.
  • Conduct each Skills Assessment, collaborating with the Customer Experience team to provide a seamless experience.
  • Analyze online aptitude test results and store and monitor all assessment feedback to identify trends from the assessment stage in flight training.
  • Develop and maintain a robust standardization procedure for all Skills Assessors, providing training to new Assessors as needed.
Graduate Services
  • Deliver a welcome presentation to new starters on their first day at the academy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Leading Edge Aviation graduates.
  • Organize the Graduate Services course and refresher courses.
  • Send out communications to graduates based on the graduate communication strategy.
  • Maintain regular contact with all graduates' progress and job status, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
  • Screen and proofread CVs and cover letters, offering advice and support where necessary.
  • Utilize expertise in recruitment and selection activities, including aptitude and personality testing/profiling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with graduates through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
