About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Ophthalmic Lead to join our team at Practice Plus Group Ophthalmology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ophthalmic services to our patients.

As Regional Lead, you will have the opportunity to work in partnership with the NHS, delivering scheduled treatments to private and NHS patients. You will be part of an agile and innovative healthcare company that is determined to help our partners introduce new ideas and new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of ophthalmic professionals to deliver high-quality services to patients
  • Work in partnership with the NHS to deliver scheduled treatments
  • Develop and implement new ideas and ways of working to improve patient care
  • Support the professional development of staff
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and health and safety policies
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse, Orthoptist, or Optometrist qualification
  • Experience leading a team in a healthcare setting
  • Injector training or willingness to undergo training
  • Understanding of infection control and health and safety policies
