Job Overview
As a valued member of our team, you will engage in roofing projects that encompass a variety of residential and commercial properties. Your role will involve working a standard 37-hour week, contributing to the efficient delivery of roofing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all facets of flat roofing tasks on behalf of Dundee City Council.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, and new installations, ensuring adherence to specified standards and trade expectations.
- Deliver high-quality and cost-effective services that align with customer and organizational expectations.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A recognized qualification in roofing, such as City and Guilds/SVQ2 or an equivalent certification.
- Comprehensive experience across various aspects of the roofing trade.
- The capability to interpret construction drawings and coordinate effectively with other trades.
- A solid understanding of current Health and Safety regulations.
- Flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
- Comfort with working at heights and a valid driving license.
