Job Title: Product Director - Ecommerce Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Director to lead our product team at TRIA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product strategy, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Product Governance: Establish and maintain effective product governance practices to ensure robust decision-making and prioritization.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing product team, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points, and use this insight to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Director or equivalent role in a B2C ecommerce company.
- Deep understanding of product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
