About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients who require complex care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including using hoists and slings.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a professional care setting, preferably with adults/children requiring complex care.
  • Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
  • Full, clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
