Company Overview:
Future Select is a prominent player in the legionella compliance sector, seeking to expand our team with a dedicated Water Hygiene Engineer. This role involves servicing a diverse range of clients across the South Central region, with limited assignments in London.

Candidate Profile:
We welcome applications from individuals with prior experience in water hygiene roles. However, we also encourage those new to the industry who are eager to learn and advance within a reputable organization.

Geographical Considerations:
Candidates located in Reading, Slough, Windsor, Bracknell, Camberley, Basingstoke, Aldershot, Farnham, Woking, Guildford, Didcot, Abingdon, Oxford, Bicester, Aylesbury, and nearby areas will be considered.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a water hygiene engineer role or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ACOP L8 and HSE regulations concerning water hygiene and legionella management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A strong desire to develop skills and knowledge in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting routine legionella monitoring and sampling for various clients.
  • Performing cleaning and disinfection of cold water storage tanks.
  • Carrying out calorifier inspections.
  • Servicing TMVs, including fail-safe testing and calibration.
  • Inspecting and cleaning tanks.
  • Flushing small outlets.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting showerheads.
  • Maintaining onsite logbooks to ensure compliance.
  • Adhering to ACoP L8 and Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Representing the company professionally to clients.
