In this role, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving issues reported by clients during the warranty periods, ensuring our commitment to an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all necessary documentation and administrative tasks accurately and promptly, including job sheets for urgent requests.
- Provide support to site teams as required.
- Act as a first point of contact for reported issues.
- Ensure all reported concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally, meeting client satisfaction as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
- Report any unresolved issues or incomplete tasks to the Customer Care Coordinator without delay.
- Notify the Customer Service Manager and Coordinator of any challenges faced or the need for specialized contractors.
- Complete client requests within a 28-day timeframe or as soon as feasible.
- Report any outstanding issues beyond the 28-day period to the Customer Service Manager or Director.
- Conduct all work safely, being mindful of clients and any children present during visits.
- Ensure regular testing of all electrical equipment.
- Maintain safe loading practices for company vehicles.
- Participate in health and safety training as required by the organization.
- Adhere to the company's health and safety policies and report any incidents immediately.
- Wear appropriate protective gear while on site.
