About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned energy market professional to join our team at the StoneX Group. As a Senior Energy Market Strategist, you will play a key role in building out our energy trading team and leading the effort to bridge trading and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee trading activities within the energy segment, ensuring alignment with company objectives and risk management strategies.
  2. Identify and capitalize on arbitrage opportunities within the energy market, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  3. Manage trading risks within the energy portfolio, maintaining a high level of compliance with divisional risk policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to educate clients on energy market opportunities and facilitate order flow, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  5. Lead the development and implementation of energy market strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience in energy trading, with a strong understanding of energy market dynamics and risk management strategies.
  2. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  3. Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education/Certification:
