About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to join our team as a Senior Human Resources Advisor. As a key member of our People Support Centre, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR management.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Management: Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Line Management: Line manage two HR administrators and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Travel: Travel to various offices and sites across the UK to meet with employees and managers, as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and employee relations.
  • Qualifications: Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
  • Travel: Ability to travel nationally, on an ad hoc basis, to support employees and managers.
