We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Protyre Autocare. As an MOT Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and fast-fit repairs, including tyre fitting, exhausts, brakes, suspension, servicing, and repair.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Perform MOT testing in accordance with DVSA requirements.
- Complete fast-fit tyre fitting, using an alignment machine and understanding readings and adjustments.
- Fitting brakes, exhausts, and other mechanical products.
- Work in a safe manner and comply with health and safety regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Mechanics Level 3 qualification or a valid MOT Licence.
- Experience in mechanical and fast-fit repairs, including tyre fitting, exhausts, brakes, suspension, general servicing, and repair.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
