**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trainer to join our team. As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales growth of our On Formulary target brands across the region. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver clinical education and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure Urgo is a partner of choice.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the Regional Sales Team in maintaining existing and developing new compression business through training of NHS Clinical Staff on compression aetiology and application.
* Provide Best in Class clinical training to existing and new nurse customers, enabling Product Specialists to grow Advance Wound Care Brands.
* Deliver innovative and valuable clinical training sessions that drive engagement and build positive customer relationships.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
**Requirements**
* Registered Nurse (current qualification) Band 5 with proven knowledge of leg ulcers, aetiology, and treatment options.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to present to large groups in a face-to-face and virtual environment.
* A full Clean Driver's license, as the role will include travel across the territory.
