**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Skincare Counter Manager to join our team. As a Skincare Counter Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the Clarins brand, providing customer consultations and makeovers, and maximizing sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Clarins brand and its products
  • Provide customer consultations and makeovers
  • Give skincare treatments to customers
  • Match makeup colors
  • Provide skincare advice
  • Maximize sales opportunities
  • Exceed sales targets
  • Maintain and manage effective stock control
  • Order new stock
  • Merchandise
  • Create customer loyalty
  • Lead promotional activity
  • Conduct product demonstrations
  • Manage counter administration and paperwork
  • Perform general housekeeping

**Requirements:

  • Interest in retailing and sales
  • Confidence in demonstrating skincare, color, and fragrance products

**Benefits:

  • Starting salary of £11.50 per hour plus commission
