Salary range: £22,500 to £24,000 DOE

Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated administrator to assist their training and internal communications teams. This role is perfect for a recent graduate with an interest in training and development. You will be responsible for managing time-sensitive projects and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the company’s onboarding processes.
  • Ensure the training team’s communications, particularly on the intranet, are current and engaging.
  • Oversee all coaching, shadowing, and mentoring requests from various departments.
  • Manage the e-learning system, including user enrollment and participation reporting.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as room bookings, purchase order creation, course scheduling, tracking, reporting, and query resolution.
  • Provide necessary materials to assessors to support their activities.
  • Coordinate and administer all training courses.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date Training and Development trackers.
  • Set up requests for psychometric personality profiling and manage report downloads.
  • Assist the Internal Communications Manager in coordinating IC channels and content.
  • Draft, review, approve, and upload news articles to the intranet.
  • Support colleagues with basic intranet inquiries.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proactive and able to use initiative.
  • Self-starter with analytical skills to interpret information and provide recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
